Google Brings Latest Pixel Watch Faces to Older Models

Will More Features Arrive in Future Updates?

Google is officially updating its Pixel Watch Faces application to include newer designs on the original Pixel Watch and Pixel Watch 2. Users no longer need to rely on unofficial sideloading methods to access the latest aesthetics. The update is currently rolling out globally through the Google Play Store for all compatible wearable devices.

This software refresh brings a variety of popular designs previously exclusive to the newest hardware. Owners of older watches can now access the Weave, Chronograph, and Multicolor Modular interfaces. The update also includes the Multicolor Reveal design and the special Stephen Curry edition face. Reports indicate that the AI-powered watch face generator is also included in this deployment.

The rollout appears to be happening in stages across different regions. While many users have already received the update, others may need to wait a few days for the deployment to reach their specific device. This approach ensures system stability while providing a fresh visual experience for long-term users. By centralizing these features in the official app, Google simplifies the customization process significantly.
